At WellBrio, every order is fully protected. We stand behind the quality of our products 100% and want you to shop with complete confidence.
What Is Covered
Your WellBrio order is protected for 30 days from the date of delivery in the following situations:
- Damaged product: If your WellBrio arrives physically damaged or defective, we will send you a free replacement immediately. No return required.
- Wrong item received: If we send you the wrong product or wrong size (our error), we will send the correct item at no cost to you.
- Order not delivered: If your order has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, we will resend or issue a full refund.
- Size exchange: If you need a different size, contact us within 30 days and we will do our best to arrange an exchange.
How to Request Protection

- Include your order number and a brief description of the issue
- For damaged or wrong items, please attach a clear photo or video as evidence
- We will respond within 24 hours with a resolution
What Is Not Covered
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Incorrect size ordered by the customer (we will try to assist with an exchange)
- Damage caused by misuse or improper use of the product
- Requests made after 30 days of delivery
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to the original payment method. PayPal refunds may take 3–5 additional business days to appear in your account.
